Personalised Items

Personalised items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded if you change your mind.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it.

Non-Personalised Items

Non-personalised items are sold as final sale. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If there is a problem with your order, please send photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
